Return/ Refund/ Exchange

We accept return and exchange within 45 days after order placed. Please kindly contact us if you want to return your items. Items must be returned in good/ unused condition. 

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations.

Our system automatically prints out invoices so your order will enter our processing system immediately. 

Can I Make Changes To My Order?

We cannot make changes to your order after it has been placed. Please make sure your order is correct prior to checkout.

Can Multiple Orders Be Combined To Save On Shipping?

We cannot combine orders due to the volume of mail that we handle daily. It is very difficult to locate an order in various stages of processing and in order to keep processing times low, orders cannot be combined once it has been placed. 

Shipping And Handling

We offer worldwide shipping. Unless otherwise stated, orders are fulfilled during business hours Monday-Friday. We estimate conservatively so we typically ship orders earlier than expected!

Current Shipping Time: 7-14 business days depending on your location and country. 

Is There Tracking For My Order?

Yes. We offer tracked shipping to all orders.

 

I Still Have Not Received My Order, What Can I Do?

 If the package didn't arrive in 12 weeks since the day it was shipped, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out
